How long does the course take?
The course includes 360 timed instructional minutes across eight lessons. Registration, quizzes, the final exam, and the completion affidavit take additional time.
Can I leave and come back later?
Yes. Your valid instructional time and completed sections are saved to your account. Keep the lesson tab visible while you study; the timer pauses when the tab is hidden or loses its connection.
What score do I need to pass?
The submitted course uses an 80% lesson-quiz threshold with unlimited quiz retakes. The final has 25 questions; 20 correct answers (80%) are required to pass.
When will I receive my certificate?
Your certificate becomes available after payment, all instructional time, required quizzes, the final examination, and the completion affidavit are complete. Your account shows the separate status of DMV reporting.
Does this remove points from my license?
No. An administrative three-point credit is different from removing points. Review the applicable DMV information and Participant Letter for details.
Will I receive an insurance discount?
The Delaware program includes an insurance-premium discount framework. Confirm your eligibility and required documentation with your insurer. This course is not offered as an approved course while approval is pending.
Can I retake the final examination?
Yes, subject to the provider's displayed attempt and waiting-period settings. These are provider settings, not an additional DMV policy. Your exam page shows the current settings before you begin.
How is my completion reported?
Successful completions enter a reporting queue. Your account distinguishes queued, submitted, and confirmed reporting. The site does not currently claim a direct DMV connection.
How do I pay?
When enrollment is open, create an account and continue to Stripe Checkout. Returning from Checkout alone does not unlock your course; the payment must be confirmed.
